Thanks for a great stretch!! Just as I mentioned to Scott thank you Steve and Cristina for your sacrifices of bringing us these great shows. June will be 2 years consistently that I've joined here on Liveexercise. I DO NOT MISS THE GYM WHAT SO EVER! Plus, this way my kids get to watch me at home as I lead them to healthy lifestyles! I am new to the boards but I have been doing the yoga shows with dave and christina since December of 2011. You guys have been my saving grace. Athletically, I am a runner, but I have had to cut back due to the strain on my body. In addition I have been teaching severe and profound handicapped kiddos for 18 years and all the lifting has caused lower back issues. Your Yoga show has re-built my body, and the aches and pains are being taken care of through your shows. I feel an all around difference in balance, posture, strength and endurance. Your witty banter makes it fun. Keep on working it!!!

Just reviewed #7 from the archive. I loved having Scott around because his flexibility through his hamstrings is similar to mine. Those mods were really helpful!
Episode 30 was a great one for me because it has a very little strength component to it. Mostly flexibility. Steve gives some mods for those of us that aren't as flexible.
Thanks again Steve and Cristina! Way to push through Cristina, I was a little sore today as well but feel much better. Time to get caffeinated and do Chiseled Cardio
Another great stretch and felt great after training for my June's Mud Run yesterday. I was really sore from the different obstacles we trained through. I have come a long ways with my flexibility since October, thanks!
Just tried it! This is amazing. Steve, I love how you explain things in anatomical terms and tell me where I should be feeling the stretch...my big problem with other yoga videos has been poor or nonspecific instruction. The way you teach it really helps a lot.
