Really enjoyed this episode. Found it challenging for upper & lower body, and the stretches at the end were fantastic! Balancing positions much appreciated, definitely work in progress for me.

Hey guys!! Amazing as usual!! I second Brant's comment! That last stretch was just what I needed after my long run. I really need to do that more often. I have tight hips and that stretch dug deep into where I'm the most sore. Have a great weekend!! Grin
