View Moregonna be a rough week. caught up with 522 this monday morn then do 523 tues and the rest it as the week goes. went to disney animal kingdom and didnt do anything this w/e. i get tired and start to lose my balance with the lunge. cool tip of the day, love bugs come off really easy with a wet car and a wet bounce dryer sheet. no soap needed. i used 3 sheets and cleaned the car and windsheild. this is one of the uses for bounce that not people know.

man that 519 was rough. had a bit of asthma going and had to pause. was fine after i got over that. this tabata is really taxing on the lungs if your not ready. i need it though. i need to build my endurance. i was always a low rep'r with high weight to avoid that. this was 4.5 out of 5 to me. good ...
