Yeah, I LOVE the Ab tornados, but for me, I have made them my own using the app on my phone. I follow Chisled with the Ab tornado, taking a 5 minute breather in between. That creates a 50 minute workout for me and then I use 10 min or so to stretch and moan to complete the full hour.

View MoreYeah, unless it is a steak house I will cook all my seafood at home from now on. Yesterday I was able to keep some macaroni and cheese down, so I think I am finally on the mend. I also only took a pain pill at bedtime, not that I couldn't have used it throughout the day, but the pain is tolerable. I'm still on a mostly liquid diet and am slowly introducing solids back in. This is the first day I have eaten anything without pain, which was some yogurt, so I'm hoping by this weekend to get back into my normal routine. I at least want to eat corned beef on Saturday!
I know, but I'm really getting restless! I want to use my bands and play Just Dance 3, but it would probably make me feel worse. Sitting on my butt on my pain meds makes me feel fine, but climbing the stairs knocks me right on my butt. Baby steps for sure.
