Blake - I noticed that I am now curling an Orange band + green band and drop down to Orange + yellow from there. I am wondering, I feel like I don't look any bigger, can it be that my orange band is losing some of it's resistance from 2 years of use? Or, do you think I'm just getting a lot stronger?
Kevin, I still have one of the old Orange bands (with the older clip system) and it is far less resistant than the newer bands. I cannot speak to how long the newer bands, particularly the D.G.S. bands, keep their original resistance.
