Quick Start



We created this page because we know that many people sign up for an account and then say, "now what?" Probably the best way to begin is to identify your goal. Below you will find a list of potential goals and then the recommendation for which shows to watch and follow:




1. Build Muscle


Recommended shows: Chiseled, TX2

Recommended Frequency:
3 to 6 days a week depending on the show, simply follow along with the show schedule

Info: In order to build muscle you will need a great resistance training workout. We have 2 resistance training workouts that will help with this goal. The one you choose to follow will depend on your level of experience:


Beginner - If you are just beginning we would like to recommend starting with episode 1 of TX2. This is a great three day a week introductory resistance training show which focuses on very basic moves. You may only want to follow this show for a week, a couple of months, it is up to you. When you feel ready, you can jump over to the more advanced resistance training workout: Chiseled


Advanced - If you have experience with resistance training, sports or graduated from TX2 Wink then you may want want to start with the show called Chiseled. This is an advanced resistance training workout show that airs between 3 to 6 days a week. Since the show began in November of '09 it has become increasingly more advanced an difficult. So, you may want to start with Series 1, show 1. When you feel ready by all means jump in with us for the most current shows.




2. Shape and beautify muscles without the bulk


Recommended shows: Pilates

Recommended Frequency: 3 Days a week

Info: If you are looking to create long, lean and beautiful muscles, then we recommend that you try the Bodylastics Pilates shows. The 3 days a week Pilates show combines movements based on yoga and dance exercises with relaxed rhythmic breathing. In the case that you like the Pilates class but would like additional weight loss, we would recommend following a show from the "Slim and tone" goal section (below) a couple of days a week and of course work on your eating program




3. Slim and Tone - burn fat and calories


Recommended shows: Bodylastics Toning, Kenpo Kickboxing, Chiseled Cardio

Recommended Frequency: 3 to 5 days a week ***Note - some of the shows only air once a week, so feel free to perform the same show multiple times in a week or mix and match.

Info: In order to burn a ton of calories you need amazing workout shows that will get your heart rate up! We have 3 incredible shows that meet that requirement: Bodylastics Toning, Kenpo Kick Boxing and Chiseled Cardio. All of the shows are high energy and FUN!


Here is a brief description of each show:


Bodylastics Toning - This is a 4 day a week show that lasts about 35 minutes per show. Each show is packed with a combination of high intensity resistance training moves and aerobics.


Kenpo Kickboxing - This is a 1 day a week show that is super intense - fast paced and super high energy. If you like kicking, blocking and punching your way to a slim and toned body, then this workout is for you.


Chiseled Cardio - This show incorporates a type of training called Plyometrics. The pace is a little slower but the moves are explosive and tough! You will not believe how much you sweat during this workout.




4. Sport Specific - Improve performance


Recommended Shows: Baseball Training, Football Training

Recommended Frequency: 3 days a week

Info: If you are looking to improve your performance on the gridiron or the diamond, heck almost anywhere, then you absolutely MUST check out these two shows. The shows focus on strengthening the muscles needed for specific sports movements. Oh yeah, you also will burn a ton of calories and shape your body at the same time.




5. Abs Training


Recommended Show: Eight Pack

Recommended Frequency: 3 to 5 days a week

Info: We created this show after many many requests by folks who wanted more ab work. This show is a great compliment to the other shows on this site. You can perform it on off days from the other workouts or certainly stack it on the same day as another show.
