Hang in there Blake. I was feeling sorry for you because you couldn't stop. One, because you're on camera and two, Coach is right there. There's a lot of times I had to stop and rest. It was a brutal workout but overall well worth it. Coach is awesome!

Thanks - it was workout #3 for me and it was painful. I was not expecting a workout THAT difficult - it caught me off guard.

I have not seen blake sweat that much ever. looks like blake needs more cardio

I did most of the moves in this workout with drop sets of 50 (punches), 25, 15 and 10 and was sore for 3 days, after the workout I tried to do my regular 2 mile run and was exhausted...WOW
