1st workout in 2 mth, or maybe 7 mths, with 1 resistant band and a 20 dollar pullup bar for walmart, I'm making it work. I'm 70 % keeping up with Rashad but at 47 I'll take it. Looking to drop all the German Beer weight.
Thanks guys, this was my first real workout with the bands. I had played around with them before but had not realised that there was so much variation available. This is a great workout, I will be doing the mma training Monday and Wednesday with my boxing gym work Tuesday and Thursday. Thanks again, Jack.

I was just over a cold a few days ago and had to take a week
off from training. Maybe not the best way to ease back into my
Training but i did it and it was FUN in a sick way lol:)
Just a quick clarification the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System is now called the Super Strong Man System. There was a time when the circuit training DVD was the DVD offered with each of the Bodylastics sets we offered, now we offer the Box set of 6 Chiseled DVD's. Nevertheless, the circuit training DVD's are still available for purchase, but not currently offered with any of the sets.
Blake really pushed it up, having the legend Rashad Evans and coach Mike Arsdale really boosts my motivation, and makes me push harder and harder. This workout was mind blowing, nothing that i was used to, so was new, and i think i did fine.
