View MoreI got some tendinitis in my shoulders years ago when i was a swimmer, & I find that low intensity yoga a few times per week really helps to keep everything feeling good enough to stay on a strength training program long term. I also try do to the rotator cuff exercises at least twice a week right after chiseled. it only takes a couple extra minutes, but it makes a big difference
