Short term goals are easily obtainible, much easier than long term goals. So my challenge is to choose a weight in which you would like to reach by March 8th. I am currently at 177 lbs, my goal is 170 ilbs. Please join me. thanks
I missed the weight on the scales by 2 pound, but really noticeable fat loss I've lost 1 inch on my waist since joining this group and 2 inch since joining LE, i'm now 34inch waist. I also got one of my fav shirts out of the wardrobe and it fits me again yay I'm well chuffed !
Didn't quite make the date goal, but I will make the weight goal. My final weight for the group was 192. I have set a new goal of 180 by May 17th. This is the lowest I've weighed in over 30 years. Thanks for starting the group and giving me a reason to get started. Also thanks to Blake for the info on Myfitnesspal.com. It is working great.
That is awesome Al, I met mine at 169, think I may try and go a little lighter now, maybe 165 or 163, then I will post some pics. Very excited at where I stand physically right now.
Man everyone seems to be doing great, I guess this group wasn't such a bad idea. I had a party type weekend but I weighed in at 170 today so all is well. Short term goals are great and I certainly did not want to let you guys down. Keep working Al you are just about there.
I'm 5lb down on the scales, but fat loss wise it's really noticeable now, which is great to finally see my abs again I'm waiting for my fat measuring tool to get a more accurate reading, but really pleased with my progress so far!
Finally back on track. I started the year at 201 and promptly went up to 203 by the first week in February despite the workouts. I saw a post by Blake talking about Myfitnesspal.com. I checked it out and I am happy to say that 16 days later I am down to 195. This is the first time I have been below 200 in over 15 years. I like this program because I can eat all the things I love to eat and all I need to watch is the total calories in/out. I believe I just might make my goal weight of 190 by March 8th.
so it's friday, how did we all do this week? I was down to 171 today. Had a great week counting calories, did all the workouts plus some. I have to say that the calories-in, calories-out method really works. Hope everyone else is doing great, 13 days left guys.
Like I sais earlier I would lose the weight again, I am keeping my calories under control (less than 2000 per day) trying to stay under 1700 actually.So my abs are beginning to show and I feel much tighter. Very pleased
I started taking a few weight control suppliments 3 days ago and i'm amazed as they seem to be working instantly, i lost 3.8 lb and 1/2 inch off my waist in 3 days, that's insane for me Now this could just be coincidence, so i'll give them a few weeks of testing, but so far looks promising!
The main reason i'm so amazed is that for the last 4 months or so my weight hasn't changed hardly at all, maybe fluctuating up and down by 1 or 2 lbs each week, which is balancing out with muscle gained and fat lost. Then i take these supps and lose 3.8lb!
I'm guessing we're all obsessed by now lol and even noticing the smallest changes in our bodies I just have the stubborn fat around the abs and hips to get rid of, now it seems to be shifting rapidly and the only difference in my routine has been the suppliments.
These are the 3 capsules i'm taking and i'm only taking half the recommended dose because i'm taking them all together and didn't want to over do it, jeez i might dissapear if i take too many LOL ... I'll keep you all posted
Im slow with jumping in guys lol. However, I made my own goal Dec 5th. I took before pics. I am going until April first (when I head to Florida). My goal was either match or beat my contest weight of 182 (I started at 196). I am currently at 184. I am on my way . I added a new goal. I want to see my abs lol. What ever weight that my be to get it done is what im shooting for.
