Why do you take creatine?
Creatine has been around for decades and it's one of the safest supplement, but results vary.Did you try it? Did you benefit from it?
My recent experience is that I quickly gained some weight because the muscles swelled a bit (water retention) and it helped me recover quicker, which is helpful with a leg destroying series like #26 of Chiseled. I lose the water weight when I go off it and keep the muscles

The key to creatine is to drink tons of water. I used to take it alot when I wanted to lift alot of weight. I used it to reach a goal of benching 300 lbs, once I accomplished that I stopped using it and lost like 5 lbs, but the strength was still there. Your body produces creatine to help muscle development, you are just adding to the amount of creatine in your body.
