Short 10 minute show
It would be nice to have a short 10-15 minute show, for those that don't have a lot of time, or those who are just starting.

I think something that runs between 14 - 19 minutes would be great. You could have a 2 minute warm up and 2 minute cool down. Then pack 10 to 15 minutes of intense work in the middle. I think it would benifit people with less time and new comers.

Just as importantly, I think it would push the trainers to get very creative. Trying to blast the entire body in 10 or 15 minutes requires moving multiple body parts and opens up a world of possibilities. It can also lead to amazing targeted workouts as well.

We actually have a shorter 30 minute show called TX2 for beginners. We also have 10 minute muscle group workouts scheduled to air in the future.

TX2 is cool, but I was thinking more like Ten Minute Trainer re-imagined by Steve and Blake. I could just see it now.

"Okay guys, our next move is really intense. So, try not to slip and break your coccyx. There is nothing funny about a broke coccyx. (snicker) Now we're going to do resisted high knees followed by a bear crawl Then we're go to do 10 mountain climbers and top it off with 6 staggered push-ups. Remember guys, we're doing this for two minutes, so do as many as you can, but pace yourself. You don't want to blow it too early. (snicker)"

My big thing though, it would be a god send on days I have to work. I would love to have something I could load before bed and then hop up and knock it out without having to sacrifice 45 minutes of sleep. You have to give the body time to get up and get hydrated before it can work out.

Yep, the great thing is that we can add whatever shows we want. The short form has definitely been in my thoughts

I think I was doing an edit to add while you responded. Thanks for the heads up on the coming shows. I'm loving the site, the workouts, and how directly involved you get with us, the customers. It is very rare these days.

That would be cool. You could post it somewhere in the forums for everybody to see. Either way would be appreciated.

Leg workout

5 minute warm up with dynamic stretches and some cardio
4 minutes lying resisted high knee cycling head to door use ankle starps around your feet arches and use your arms to keep you away from the door. (don't lock out your knees and keep your feet well above the floor or you will put strain on the lower back go light as you will be going for good form and range of motion)
1-2 minutes resisted Russian twists
2-3 Minutes resisted squat or 90 seconds each side lunge (do unresisted prisoner squats or Hindu squats instead)
1 minute slow mo calf raise and the same for hams

Warm down with static stretches

Take short breaks inbetween if you need to also you can do this twice if you are a glutton for punishment.

Other multi joint moves can be done instead.

That is awesome to hear. I have been trying to decide when to squeeze in abs. Now it will be easy to slide it in before or after work.

about the short shows
about the short shows these will be great esp as im a new guy here, 18 days and counting , but as i workout in a different time zone (uk) to blake i'm always watching the recorded show, to keep up the intensity ,which i do need, i normally fast forward to the exercise and miss out blakes chitter chatter in between ..(sorry blake )this keeps me moving along..but everyone is an expert , and does there own thing which is great...

This is going to be awesome!

Before work I'll do a 10-minute show and then Chiseled or Chiseled Cardio after!

This adds so much value to the bands! With these free shows they pay for themselves easily!

I recommend them to everybody, although, I guess I'm not a good sales person because I haven't gotten anybody to purchase them..... yet!

Wait until they see my beach body! Happy
