I use this site with a caliper to estimate my body fat.

Thanks for this. I used it...not happy with what I saw, but glad to have a way to measure my BF.

Keep at it. I lost over 20 pounds my first year. For me I'm finding that the further out of shape you are, the faster you improve.

Sorry, I should have clarified that I didn't use the skinfold test, I used the test that took measurements on the neck and waist as well as your height. Which was in inches. It's not as good, but it gives me some numbers in which I can monitor. Until I get my own calipers. ha ha!

I use tape measure method. I've used it since I started with bodylastics. I was at 42" now I'm at 34.5" and the same weight I was when I started. Bands definitely added muscle to my body.
