One year of working with bands
Well, I got the bands as a Christmas present in 2010, and I was a little skeptical...i thought i'd probably break my door before i improved myself. But after one year of doing chiseled and mixing in some yoga, chiseled cardio, and 8 pack, I've been telling my friend they need to quit the gym and get into some bands.
Started out 5'10", about 150. My goal was to add muscle without getting bulky. Im a former competitive swimmer, so I've always had a high metabolism and don't add weight very easily. One year later I'm up 10 pounds, and leaner in the middle to boot. Posted some pics from my crappy webcam to my profile...just wish i had taken before pics. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Blake, Ashanti, Steve, Christina, Scott, and everyone else out there. Looking forward to another good year.

That's awesome man! Keep it up!
I followed a contest winner's diet and workout... I believe his name was Brandon? He posted on the old site about what he did to win a contest Blake and crew had going, well I followed his advice to a T...
I dropped like 40lbs in 3 months.
See, I've always been a bigger / fat dude. I just want a flat stomach and some definition. Well, I had a messed up summer (lost a family member) got depressed, and just gave up. Thought, "what was the point?".
So now I'm starting back into it and I wish I never had quit.
These "little bands" do work.
Congrats on your success!

Congrads to the both of you, Kyle impressive a year strong! Have to admit went 3 months straight seen a change, work scheduled changed and so did my work out to the point of non existent. Yesterday started back at day 1 the ability to maintain the schedule for a year straight hat's off to you, you deserve every reward.
