Yesterday I took a look back at what we were doing this time last year and did #33. Today I did another round of 82. I love the variety we can find in all these workouts!
Did the first episode and it's just what i needed! With my long commute from work it's tough to fit in the regular 8 pack show along with chiseled cardio. The 10 minute format is a perfect add-on. The exercises were challenging, but I was able to push through. Thanks Scott!

Just did 79 again and still lovin it! The first time through I didn't realize until the end but i was using my blue band for resistance instead of black (the light is really dim in my room so it's hard to tell the difference if you don't pay enough attention!)...black band was still challenging. I hear ya Emily..I was happy that Steve and Cristina gave the band mods because I don't have the other equipment either and only used the bands in the past few shows. The workouts were definitely challenging..go give it a try!
