For those out there who think Bodylastics is a joke, I'm here to tell you they are the real deal, not this garbage stuff like (as seen on television) this is real and real people doing these workouts. On eight pack abs we started doing a plank, I was lucky if I could do 30 seconds, now I'm doing over 7 minutes. It's the real deal!! Never in my life have I been so dedicated to working out as I am here with all of these great workout partners and trainers. Been going strong for over 2 years now and not once have I even thought of stopping. Workout partners, never let the doubters bring you down, let them build you up.

Jackson, any improvement is better than no improvement at all. You are doing more than most people even dream of doing, you are working out, most people think it's just to much work and would rather be a couch potato. I wish I would of had the mind set you have at your age. At 50 I have to really force myself somedays to get up and just do it. I love working out with the bands and all the people out there. Stay Strong and never give up or give in.

238 done. Those bicycles with a Red were brutal. Scott, I can relate to your Valentine's Day story. I always tell my wife not to get me anything, but she just cannot resist the temptation. And, dangit, she got me some of those Dove chocolates. Well, at least the dark chocolate is somewhat good for you, right? Happy

Did 238, made the kneeling crunch with orange band for four rounds, sixteen each round then had to go with the black and red the last four rounds with sixteen each round. My question is the black and red together is more than one orange band, but why does it feel like it is not? Is it due to the thickness of the orange band? Either that or the orange band is much much more than 30.

Ok, so I tried to do planks without warming up, what a mistake. My Abs and shoulders are on fire, all I could manage was 6 minutes 2 seconds. This is what I get for just laying around all day then trying to do planks.

Workout partners, I can really say that red/green just about killed me doing the low/high chops, I have a goal and kept pushing through, I did drop down to only the red half way through the 3rd round. I push myself to start out with 23 the first 2 rounds and go no less than 12 the last 2 rounds, it's a killer. Scott, the back extensions were killer, I have to do at least 25 of them on the first 4 rounds and no less than 14 on the last 8 rounds. I can honestly say you were what kept me going today. I was shot, but with your inspiration I pushed through. Way to go everyone, keep it real and keep it strong. Now later on today I'm going to see about those planks.

Scott, On planks I did 4 1/2 minutes with no sag, flat as a board, between my abs and shoulders I'm not sure which was on fire more, I really did not know if I was going to be able to make it through the reverse carpet angles, but I kept form and made it through. This Tabata is tough, when you think it starts to get easy, you change things up and BAM, reality hits and back to earth I go. LOL Now to get ready for Live Legs next on chisled. Man am I going to need the will power now. Stay Strong and Never Give Up.

Scott workouts have been as good as ever!! Where did the resisted runner's crunch come from?! I remeber that move from before but not weighted - what a killer! In your all-time greatest hits for sure... Resisted get-up's, Windmill's, resisted runner's crunch - unreal! Thanks for going to the lab on these! The Best!!
