Scott, was wondering if you could throw in some side crunches where we are lying on our side with anchor bottom of the door with a handle, band stretched out on your side and arm straight pulling the band towards you while crunching towards the door? Those are awesome. Just a thought. Keep hitting it hard everyone. No Retreat and always moving forward.

Congratulations Scott!! I know you are excited about your next journey now that's school is over. I just hope that you remain here with us at Liveexercise because you and the whole crew are an extension of my family. I've never met you guys but I know that each passing week would not be the same without all of you workout instructors. Next month marks 2 years consistently for me with Liveexercise!!!
Scott, I could hardly do the crab. The Tabata Series on chiseled is killing me and I'm sore all over, could hardly lift my arms up and hold myself up and twist, but I made it. Here is a Shout out to you Scott, keep up the great work and thanks for keeping us all on track to keep building muscle. What a great workout team we have here at Bodylastics.
Scott, you all at Bodylastic keep me motivated to keep doing these workouts. No matter how I feel or how busy I am I make sure I make time to do these workouts when they are on. Some of them I have to do the next day do to the time they are on but they get done. As for VHS tapes and player, Linda and I have at least 300 VHS movies and they just sit for the most part. Linda has bought 3 players in the last couple of years and they last may be a few months and die. They just make junk now. We still have one VHS player that works and thats for when we want to watch something old and get a good laugh out of how corny the movies were then, compared to now.
My recommendation would be to do the 10-minute Tornado Abs workout. I typically do Chiseled in the early evening before dinner, eat, and then a bit later do Tornado Abs. I try to do at least four of these per week, which means I am repeating two of the workouts once each week.
