Started a week ago... Doing heavy protein diet and doing this. I had to finally take a break on Thursday because I was so sore and exhausted. Felt great today doing thurs workout and will do today's (Friday) tomorrow. I have lost 10 pounds and a belt loop in a week. I am 5 ft 9 started at 195 now at 185. 57 years old. Target 8% body fat 34 inch waist without the plumber overhang. 165-170 depending on muscle mass.
