Man oh man I did not wanna workout again today... I had to kick my butt to do this but, I stuck with it and made it though the end even doing back extensions. My Motivation is lackin... ~ Czar
I don't know if I'm lucky or cursed but I am super sensitive to caffeine to the point I don't drink it. Decaff coffee even gives me a buzz, but if I had regular caff coffee I get massive headaches, nausea, heart racing, the "shakes", and sometimes can induce a panic attack. It is really weird, so I just completely stay away from it.
