Hi Scott, I'm BAAAACK after a 3 month layoff and boy do I regret it. Just finished Ep. 233 All the work I did was for nothing since I gained not only the 15 lbs I loss but an additional 15 lbs. My goal this year is just commit to my workouts (1 hour day (8 Pack and Chisseled) 3 times a week and let the chips fall where they lay in terms of my weight.
As long as I can get through my workday (work in a hotel restaurant) with great amount of energy I'm ok with that.

U know I love me some tabata, Scott. Awesome stuff. Im a day behind so 233 was knocked out today. Im down to 186 (4 lbs off my contest weight of 182) so the abs are started to pop out again. Man, I love that Smile. Keep pushin us, buddy

Thanks for the shout out last Friday! I went skiing and missed a few episodes. I was on about 5 meds when I first got diagnosed at 20, but 3 of those were to handle the symptoms of the disease (depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.). I started going to a naturopathic doctor who got me off all except my synthetic hormone replacement for the thyroid by just changing up my diet, adding some supplements, and exercising. I feel 100% better then being on all those crazy meds. My sister is 32 and diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She is on about 7 meds and is miserable. She is about 60-80 pounds overweight, but her meds cause weight gain, depression, and ironically inflamed joints. I've been trying to get her on Liveexercise, but she says even walking a block is too painful. It is tough to see your family members suffering so much especially so young. I'm hoping to stay on my one medication for awhile. I've been blessed with really low cholesterol and blood pressure like my grandma.

1:38 min hold for me DAM! is that tough... I'm shaken like a leaf ha! Pretty soon I'm not going to need a washing machine, I could start doing them right on my stomach ha! Washboard abs ha! lol Corny I know ~ Czar
