I'm a day behind this week due to some late days at work and just a general crazy schedule. View MoreI'm a day behind this week due to some late days at work and just a general crazy schedule. I did 520 this morning at 6:15, which is killer (I almost went to sleep once I strapped in for hamstring curls), but I matched or exceeded all of my 1.5 minute numbers and I felt really good during the Tabata cycles. It's Teacher Appreciation Week here at school, and so there is food everywhere. My diet's been really bad this week, but I'm hitting it hard on the workouts and curbing food where I can. I really appreciate Blake's willingness to talk about blowing his diet because it reminds me of how human this place is. Too many other sites make eating right seem easy and make you feel horrible if you stray. Here, we just remind each other that life can be crazy, food tastes good, you have to live sometimes, and you can always get back on it tomorrow. Can't wait to do 521 tomorrow and be caught up by Monday!

That may be the toughest workout I've ever done. Those suicides at the end? What kind of crazy person comes up with that?!?!?!?

Wow, that was unreal! The first set with both styles was just killer. I'd say the toughest resistance training I've ever done. I love that you'll trade out Tabata for 1.5 minute muscle on Thursday. That's excellent! Our muscles will never know what hit.
What a workout today was. I really pushed hard and feel it now! Though I struggled a bit throughout switching resistance quickly, I definitely enjoyed this series a lot! I can't imagine what's next. I can only assume we're all about to get our summer bodies ready!

I switched to lunge rear pulls during the first set just because the original move was so awkward! Glad it was changed the second time around. Thanks for such a great workout guys and for your continued dedication! I'm headed to the beach here in a few weeks and desperately need some butt kicking before then! Let's hit it hard!
