Something three days, hits all muscles maybe even with some HIIT style cardio at the end. Just an idea... Love the shows as always!

Great series! I might have to run through it a second time. I switched the schedule up a bit to hit chiseled cardio 3x per week and 2min muscle 2x. Works great!
Dear Lord chiseled cardio is brutal!!! I haven't been that pushed since my insanity days and honestly this was right up there in difficulty. How many time a week should we be doing that show???
Dan, when Im sick, I just go right along with the workout. I do it at a reduced pace and resistance but, for me, it really helps me get through the sickness faster.
