			<description>I am new to the boards but I have been doing the yoga shows with dave and christina since December of 2011. You guys have been my saving grace. Athletically, I am a runner, but I have had to cut back due to the strain on my body. In addition I have been teaching severe and profound handicapped kiddos for 18 years and all the lifting has caused lower back issues. Your Yoga show has re-built my body, and the aches and pains are being taken care of through your shows. I feel an all around difference in balance, posture, strength and endurance. Your witty banter makes it fun. Keep on working it!!!</description>
