Hey man. Just to give you my two cents, I would recommend either of the shows. They will both help you bulk up and tone if you add in the right diet (that is huge). I would recommend TX2 if you have little experience working out with the bands or just exercise in general and then when you get more advanced I would recommend Chiseled.

I'm finishing up PT after having a microdiscectomy in December. As a result of the herniation, I have foot drop and looking for ways to strengthen my left leg. Would this program by too much to do?

This is actually a great place for someone new to fitness and bands to start. Once you have been doing this for a while and feel ready, feel free to join us on chiseled or any of the other shows we offer.

Hi Kathleen.. sorry for the delayed response!! For your specific needs, this show definitely sounds like the best show for you. The TX2 workouts are designed to build quality muscle and work on balance. There is some cardio, but it is not overly intense which should let you build up the muscle without losing any extra weight.. remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are a small framed person and you are looking to build up your muscles then this show is right for you! I would also reccomend Pilates because it's not geared toward cardio and weight loss, but more toward building muscle and gaining core strength.. I hope this helps.. let me know how your progress goes.
