I was doing something different combined with workouts from here and it was working very nicely. THe whambulance was why i got out of it lol. Had a coworker off sick so for a month I had alot more hours to cver and was tired all the time so I said Im takin the month off. Well that was in November lol.I just got lazy. No excuse, no explanation. Im working my way back in. My daughter is wanting to play volleyball next year, and shes gonna have to get in shape before tryouts. That and my ever increasing waistline are motivating me to get back in the game. All that pie and other pastrys and confections have been good though lol.
