I did ep. 84 twice this week, then I went back into the archives to mix things up for today. Episode 9 = pure insanity...but awesome! I don't think I've ever been THIS drenched in sweat!!
2nd day of Ep 84 and I'm pooping like a chihuahua; I went back and added my total number or reps for each round and day 1 I was +19 and today I was +28. I gotta try this one more time on Friday or Saturday.
Ive been working out to your program on ROKU for a couple month so I thought I would actually edit my profile and give a shout out to you guys. Great shows.
84 was just sick. Was able to keep up with Steve, but not with McBeast. Did more reps in 2nd round on all exercises except for burpees, air squats, and mountain climbers, but just a few reps down on those. Great workout!
Looking forward to the next Tabata themed Chiseled Cardio! Bring it! And how about some more toes to bar?!
Allen. Note to self. Do not have cold beverages the night before u do that kinda workout. I actually starting to dry heave lol. That may have been tougher then 77. Not quite sure. I'll have to do it again when Im better prepared and see lol
The Mighty McDaniels keeps pushing us for just one more rep, Steve should tie the girl down so we can catch up . Captain Pfiester is looking leaner around the mid section, did he get skinny already! no fair, lol. See you next week for more awesome..

While LiveExercise is on spring break, I've been taking the advice of Michelle and went back to about a year ago. I just did ep. 35 and it was awesome...they have a great ab set at the end. I tried out ep. 33 the other day and it was killer, too! You really can choose any ep. and Steve and Cristina bring it every time!
Havent decided which road to go down. I know what road im not goin down tho lol. 77 lol. I'll wait a bit for that one. Maybe later this week. Think Ill hit 66. I believe thats the all bands episode
Awesome workout ep. 83! I had a friend over to do it with me and it was his first time doing Chiseled Cardio. He loved it! So hopefully I can persuade him to join us regularly. As I stated on the Yoga page, thank you for both of your efforts
