THANKS guys for amazing workouts. Being a working mom, the last thing I want to do is go to the gym and lose more time with my kids and husband. These workouts are better than I could ever design for myself at the gym. Keep it up!

Good stuff yet again. Heart rate was at about 160 on the last set of wall ups. That little exercise really doesnt seem that hard when you are doing it but the heart and breathing rate when you finish with a set of lateral raises is surprising. The high knees arent my favorite either but i like em better than those squat jacks lol.
I just recently got back in touch with a buddy that had been out of the area for several years. If i can get him settled down and some time hes gonna do some of these workouts. Hes lookin for conditioning stuff to do with the taekwondo people he teaches. Stuff he can do on his own too obviously. Hes gonna love it. Just gotta catchi him not busy. I try real hard to spread the word about these awesome workouts.
wow guys. You really are a couple debbil Jackwagons arent ya lol. I have done one other cardio workout in the last 2 months besides this one and I have to say this one was a heck of a hellion workout to come back to. Granted Im not in as a good of cardio shape as i was a couple months go but all that means is i woulda got more reps in and still felt just as trashed by the end. Good stuff guys.
I have been hitting Chiseled hard for over a year and decide to add the cardio workout in addition to my normal running. I actually thought I was in good shape until your cardio routine, absolutely destroyed, not even close to hanging with you guys.
