Well that was just nasty. Makin it rain again. Definitely above a 4. Even when old out of shape guys gotta stop and breathe its still nasty. What about donkey kicks in place of wall ups if need be? If you can help me figure out a way to make it all fit in my routine Steve ill try a little broga with you guys lol. Your yoga hurts me lol.
Ive been doing a lot of running (which I usually dont do) so Ive been slacken a bit on the chiseled cardio. I was able to finally get to 89. Man I missed it lol. I really did. Steve, I sent u a tweet about supplements. Lemme know whatcha think. Great job, guys. Happy mommy's day Cristina and all the moms out there. Toughest job out there and without pay.
Did 89 last night. Loved the build-a-burpees! Parts of this one were definitely a 4.5. Nice!
My oldest daughter, who is a sophomore in college, texted me earlier in the week from school, saying "I have a project for you this summer." Many things ran through my mind. I hesitantly asked her "What?" She replied, "Make me skinny!" She is in decent shape, but wants to get down to a certain weight. I am going to introduce her to Chiseled Cardio, Episode 90, on Saturday. Hopefully, she won't hate me afterwards.
Thats awesome, Allen. Now u got yourself a goal. Gotta love having goals set. Ive been tryin to get some friends (that complain about weight) to do these workouts but they keep procrastinating lol. I cant wait until one of them ok rich lets do this. Then that would be my next goal. Im at my goal weight and have been slacken a bit. Gotta get another goal to keep up the motivation.
My 13 year old is getting introduced hardcore this summer to get herself ready for volleyball next fall. I think what is gonna make it fun for you and me both Allen, is that we arent having to make them do this....they are motivated and we will be doing it with em. Im pretty excited about it. Hopefully we can both keep them on the eating and exercise and success.
Havent even had time to watch this one all the way through yet. I got the band selection watched, a little bit of the explanation then I had to go. I have to get up and get going early in the morning but HOPEFULLY by tomorrow afternoon Ill be able to get after this bad boy. The Borders comments are making me a bit nervous lol.

Finally got to do 89 after a few days. Steve, my friend, you are a monster disguised by a quirky, funny personality. Slowly but surely, though, you're showing all of us that you are a crazy, crazy person! Build-a-burpee was just brutal. I don't even know how many I did. I just know that you almost killed me, man!
Sooooo, as usual I like to mix it up mid-week and go back to do an archived episode. I was especially excited to mix it up this week since build a burpee almost killed me on Sunday. I've been going through the past episodes chronologically, so on the schedule for me today was ep. 16. As soon as it starts, Steve says the episode will be focused around...what? PROGRESSIVE BURPEES!! I thought I was going to die, lol. Somehow, I made it through it. It was seriously one of THE hardest workouts I've ever done. My butt is officially kicked.
I love it... ANd I love your methodology... dont dig around in the cereal till you get the marshmellows you want... You eat whats on your plate! AWESOME
