Ok, this was round 2 of episode 77. Last time I followed Cristina. This time I tried to keep up with Steve. After following both of you I can honestly say they both suck, I mean they both ROCK! I never get bored working out with you guys! 77 is a keeper!

Had to revisit this one today. Just HAD to. I followed Cristina again in this round... we'll see if I can keep up with Steve next time. HA! This episode will stay in my schedule for a little while. Thank you Steve & Cristina. The two of you ROCK! (as if you didn't already know this).

Wowzers! Episode 77 ROCKS! Over 500 Calories Melted Away. I followed Cristina on this round. What I love about this episode is that I can do it again and follow Steve and it's like a completely different workout. If you guys remember Hooked On Aerobics back in the late 70's early 80's. It's not like you two have different "effort" levels but the variety is great! Love what you're coming up with, boxes, bars, weights, bands, cats, dogs whatever. We keep coming back because it is entertaining and fun. Love you guys!

Dearest Cristina & Steve,
I am a huge fan of the pair of you, but I have to say that there was pure hatred in my heart at you for close to 30 minutes this morning. But now that I'm done and feel like $1 million... the love it back. GREAT routine.

Took me 24m 45s to complete the four rounds. I used the barbell with a total of 45 lbs for the Clean & Press and the Blue Bodylastics band for the Squat Presses. My arms are shaking non-stop right now!

I will visit this one again VERY soon. (@Steve - This needs to be in BCx Online 2.0!!!) ha!

Are you guys nuts? That was the toughest workout you ever put together. But honestly, thanks guys. I had a bad day, I didn't wanna work out but after the fourth round, I was glad you got me through that one. Greetings from Germany

WOW!... does that sum it up? I will admit that I couldnt get through all of it. Watched this right after I did Yoga and I have to admit I feel good about myself now

Rested sunday because I had soccer and then it was canceled, had a horrible monday, found out I have a odd virus that causes extreme fatigue, slept on that idea and today, dialed it down for Chiseled Legs and then came right into Cardio and I think I actually did slightly better overall from before. I start off with Steve and when he does rope, I do Knees with Cristina, and then go back to bands, and end up doing the abs with Cristina. The explosive move of getting my body in the air was a struggle. I didnt get my knees as high as I did before and I tended to land harder but overall, I went through it faster and did better overall.

Great combo of cardio/strength moves..those wallup/pushups were especially challenging but pushed through! Awesome pre-superbowl workout...now GO GIANTS! Smile
