My first Chiseled Cardio, and it was definitely INTENSE! I kept up the best I could and powered through, loving every second of it. I can't wait till I'm fit enough to keep up with Steve and Christina!
I live in a small apartment with a 7' ceiling. Is there a variation of the v8's for me?, since I can't possibly jump because I'll hit my head pretty hard lol.
Just knocked this one out for the second time! I think I felt even more of a burn this time around than I did the first...which is saying a lot since it was a KILLER the first time! My heart rate was at 210 when we checked it at the end of the episode! Eeeep! Shhhhh...don't call the cardio police, Steve!
This is episode should be called Chiseled Cardio K.I.S.S. On a side note, I impressed myself by being able to do all 20 roll ups; I had to pause the show to complete my sets but I did them all.
I used Christina's method to help me up, both Christina and Steve uses different leg stance to help them up; they weren't all pretty but I wanted to get all 20 in

Im right with ya Rich. Im sore from playing soccer last night. Played too much over the weekend and really ran out of steam in the last game. Rich, what was your heart rate today? Im 40, 5.9 about 195lbs and Im at 160 at the end. I was about 140, 145, 150 through most of it.
Just knocked out 78 again. Simple and awesome. I felt the need to share that im a knucklehead lol. I checked my heart rate last time I did it and was panicking because it was through the roof. Well, I was multiplying by (wait for it DAH) 20 NOT 10 LMAO. So needless to say I went from having a through the roof heart rate to an awesome heart rate lol. Can u say brain dead
Just did the show, great work Steve and Christina, My training is now 2 chiseled a week, 1 chiseled Cardio and 1 hill sprints plus walking and 8 pack abs when I can.
Another awesome workout! It really proves that there is no excuse NOT to work out...you don't need fancy equipment to do calisthenics and plyo! That being said, I loved the band work too, of course!! Thanks for another great workout and for keeping me smiling through it all, too!
