Just did 79 again and still lovin it! The first time through I didn't realize until the end but i was using my blue band for resistance instead of black (the light is really dim in my room so it's hard to tell the difference if you don't pay enough attention!)...black band was still challenging. Went thru the bonus round..i think i just earned myself some relaxation time
Today is gonna be a long one. Was up at 5 doin chiseled cardio. Now im off to work and working until 11 tonight. I got some OT today . When I get home at 11 I am hitting Chiseled. These are the days when u give it that extra determination. These are the days that u push extra hard and do not use work for an excuse. At least im gonna try like hell lol

Tammy, I think the bonus round made a huge difference in that one! Hittin' the cardio, pushups and then the abs ....WHOA!! Talk about needing the mojo! Felt good though, right?? Triangle pushups were GOLDEN!!

Okay, just completed Ep.79 My goodness, completed the bonus round with the cardio then the push-ups followed by abs, and boy am I wrecked! Just amazing how such simple exercises along with some cardio can really make an impact on the body!

Like my comment said last week, adding push-ups to the end of anything will destroy you! This was no exception. What a great workout. Very simple, very effective. I love workouts like this because of the variety within the exercise. It's good to repeat circuits, but I really love changing it up like this. I feel like it makes the workout move! I was destroyed by the end and couldn't repeat the cardio moves, but I'm going to give it a try again next week and do it the right way! Thanks!

Holy Moly, reverse pushups were no joke! Great show again! Time to mop up, and head to St George for some R&R. Between Chiseled and chiseled Cardio, over 1100 calories! What a great way to start off the weekend. See you guys next week.
Pushed through 77 again. Did it in 17:41. Got in all 15 reps for each movement. Did better on toes to the bar. Was not able to get 15 straight, but did get 10 straight for the first two rounds. Still knocked out 15 all four rounds. Those things are brutal. This is the toughest interval training I have ever done, period. Pfeister, you are one sick dude.

just finished 78. Great workout. Steve, since you asked for feedback... I've been looking at your bcx site, and I would love it if you did a series of bcx (or express) here, with bands. It is cold up here, and I'm not running on the beach as often as I would like, so bootcamps would be perfect.
Small request. When we are doing things on the floor and we're combining 2 moves, can you give more verbal cues? I can't see you guys as easily from a pushup or bicycle position so I have to rely on hearing you. I think I messed up on the skaters/stomps cause I was watching the ground during stomps. still was a great workout.
My wife had the same problem, Audrey. What I told her was as long as you now how to do the exercises you can count on ur own. U may be 1,2 or even more reps off from those guys but it shouldnt be enough to completely mess u up. Bottom line is as long as you're doing the exercise its ok if ur not right with them .
