Here is the workout log that I talked about today. Print this out for each of the 4 workout days and write down your reps and resistance to keep track of your progress. Make sure that you improve every workout with reps or resistance to get even better results. There is a reference for the purple elastic. Our new systems coming out soon just have a wider range of resistance levels - so you can ignore that

I like this except for the fact it leaves out number of sets........Mike

I use my laptop when I'm watching the chiseled shows, and I have a spare Ipad lying around. I think it would be incredibly useful if there was an Ipad app for these bands that functions as an interactive workout log (can track your performance, giving you customized feedback, etc...). The workout log excel workbook developed by Cory is pretty awesome to track progress too.

Just go to the "Workout Shows" tab and scroll down. Click on the show you want to try and it will bring up the current series. Just click a show, load, and go.
You can just click on the "Workout Shows" tab. It will bring up a list of all available shows. Then you can look at each one to find out the focus of that show. When you find one that sounds right for you just click on, go to page.
You aren't meant to do every show every day. A lot of people do Chiseled as scheduled and Cardio Chiseled once or twice a week. That way you get the muscle building of Chiseled and a high intensity cardio program.
I do the Toning show one or two days behind schedule. I do the Football Training on the day's Toning is off or I feel like doing two shows. Both shows are high intensity cardio and power shows. So, I throw in a TX2 for low intensity muscle building when I feel like adding a second show for the day.
There are as many possible schedules as there members. It all depends on your goals, your available time, and your fitness level.

Very nice workout log. In reference to the purple band, will we be able to buy these seperate from a package deal to supplement a system we already have?.
Thanks for a great system.
