Hello,
I'll be honest I am a little behind on the shows. I just did Series 14 Ep. 210 and I am just loving this series. BUT I had a scary experience with my band today and I don't know if there is another place to ask this questions. How do you know when your band is too old? My husband got our bodylastics bands 3 years ago. We didn't use them until a year ago when we started following your shows. Today my green band completely snapped from the black handle while I was exercising. It was a loud snap. It didn't seem to be coming apart before using it. Any suggestions???

I have been a bodylastics user for a few years now....My daughter needed to start working out, but it was hard to get her interested (always complained of boredom) I checked out some of your workouts and knew she would like them....well, she love LOVES THEM! In the past few weeks she has lost 3 lbs. If there's some way you could give a shout out to Claire Russell from Indiana, she would GO NUTS!.

great work out! Just did episode 138 and had lots of help from my 3 year old daughter today. She even walked up to the screen and asked you what your name was heather. she thought your hair was pretty. (you had a flower in it) thanks again!

I am loving (and hating lol) the new series 13! Thanks for the great workouts. I do have one teeeeny complaint or suggestion. I'm not used to doing a lot of these workouts so instead of focusing on her face, which is lovely, but could you pan out more often so we can see how she's setting up her bands? I get behind sometimes bc I'm still trying to get set up. Thanks! Erika Cheatham.

I bulked up on Chiseled...put on some pounds and now I want to melt if off. So I'll be putting the Chiseled show for a while as I get rocking with Toning. Just did the first show of series 11 and I made through without dying. Looking forward to the cardio. :)
