Heather, good thing I went back in the archives- I almost missed this great workout! Loved the last move you did - the one where you rolled up from the crunch position and hopped up.. ??? but it was great! Loved this one big time!!!
After a CRAZY workout on Monday AND Tuesday AND after a 10+ mile run yesterday, this workout was EXTRA challenging!!! Time for Thursdays workout....I CAN DO IT!!!!!
Ok I have always done Chisled til last month. I started doing Tone on days off and some time doubling up. Sometimes sweating more during yours. Keep up the good work!!!
My quads hate you. My children's quads hate you. My grand-children's quads will probably hate you.
My only complaint is that we might need a little more time warming up or stretching the hamstrings. My hamstrings and the base of my glutes got really tight during the "switch game."
