Thanks for a great workout again, I haven't worked out in a week but this definitely put me back on track. I usually can follow you through the whole thing with almost no breaks but for some reason this time I had to take several breaks, i don't know why but I hope I can keep up next time.

Hi Heather! The plyo moves are really putting a hurting on me, in a good way that is. I have been working out with you for over a year now and I think this is your toughest series EVER. Yikes! ; )

By the end I was modifying. These plyo workouts are killer. I think this series is tougher than what I've done in the Football Training program.

I took a recovery day. I came back feeling like a champ for breezing through 382. Then I finished this one up feeling like a rookie. By the end I was modifying and even dropping reps on the squat-thrust. (I hate the term burpee as well.)

This was a true destroyer work out. It will destroy yer pride. It will destroy yer body. Most importantly it will destroy yer notion of who you are. In the ended it will destroy yer weakness and make you a better, stronger person. (Thanks to my high school gym coach for that speech.)
