I did it! I really Really did it. After a Football Training episode I worked 12.5 hours and did this whole show. Most of it I did with a red or blue band. I am so stoked. The best part was hitting the end, being covered in sweat, and thinking "I can do another five minutes."

Thank you for the stretching tips. The quad stretch with the band was awesome. The hamstring stretch really worked well with my other stretches. Holding it longer really helped. Lifting weights I was always told to never hold a stretch more than fifteen seconds. Thirty seconds seems to work much better for recovery.

8-10 sec stretches are for maintenence. whereas 30s n longer are developmental(after training)
