The wall jumps were much easier this time. Holding position and doing the hand shuffle really inflicted the burn. My legs went jelly for a second when I stood up. After stretching, my whole lower body stayed jelly.
The lunge to squat move is still kicking my butt. I get through about six in forty seconds. I'm going slow to keep my balance and it really kicks up the burn. I hope we see those again next week.
