I'm trying to think of something funny to write. It is hard when all your concentration is going towards stopping the shakes. Everything from my waist down was weak. I stretched and everything turned to Jello.

You caught me off guard with the green band tricep kick backs. I didn't have a free band. My green and red were on my ankles. I finished up green and red, then green. Using red and green I couldn't feel my quads at all. My abs were working overtime to keep me from flying forward.

Awesome workout.

Yowza! Wall jumps are brutal. I liked the clock lunges. I definitely felt that in all sorts of places in my thighs!
