I have been working out to Chiseled for about a year or so.I tried your 10min toning and love it. Now I am hooked on the full toning workout. The pace that you keep is great. Best sweat I get. I am fighting just to keep up.Thanks for all your hard work.

I am thoroughly enjoying your workouts and the results!! I've been working out with you for a month now and I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1/2 inch off each thigh, 1 inch off each calf, and a 1/2 inch off each arm!! Smile Not to mention I feel SO good after each workout!! YOU ARE AWESOME!! Thank you!!!!

I've been out for five days. Another 14 to 21 before I can resume working out with Toning. I must say, I really like the extra information on the schedule page.
