Heather, I missed you and your workouts! I had hurt my shoulder and it just got better so I'm getting back in it, gurl. Sweat was pouring and it feels good to be back on LE working out with the bands. Thanks, Heather!

I have been working out to Chiseled for about a year or so.I tried your 10min toning and love it. Now I am hooked on the full toning workout. The pace that you keep is great. Best sweat I get. I am fighting just to keep up.Thanks for all your hard work.

I am thoroughly enjoying your workouts and the results!! I've been working out with you for a month now and I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1/2 inch off each thigh, 1 inch off each calf, and a 1/2 inch off each arm!!
Not to mention I feel SO good after each workout!! YOU ARE AWESOME!! Thank you!!!!

HEATHER,I do my work out exercise thru your toning exercise, but.today I haven't cause your work out exercises program didn't function ..I miss the exercise today. Please!

I've been out for five days. Another 14 to 21 before I can resume working out with Toning. I must say, I really like the extra information on the schedule page.
