Hey there. Can anyone tell me if following these workouts are enough to get lean and toned or do I need to incorporate some other kind of resistance training. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Heather, EP 378 was awesome! Loved the advance move in the end before the ab work. This is another favorite in this series.

I am loving the toning shows. Not sure why I never tried them before. The burn is incredible and I am sweating every time. I will be sticking with you Heather- keep it coming!

I think it has finally caught up to me. All of the muscles between my ankles and the top of my hips are tight and sore. I've stretched at least a half dozen times and they are still singing. When I wake up in a few hours I know I'm going to be in trouble.
I'm almost glad I won't have time to load up episode 379 before work today.

Love Power of Love! The wall jumps were excellent. I am a few days behind but I will get caught up by the end of the week. So excited to see what else you have for us. Especially the wild card moves.

Finished 376. I might be crawling when I wake up in the afternoon. How many wall jumps did we do? I felt like I was on a roller coaster.

Hi Heather! Great workout today. Loved the wall jumps and the power move. One small request. Since I'm not facing you, and I'm looking at the floor for the wall jumps can you say "GO" or "Start" or something like that. I was able to catch up though during the rest between sets.

i have been doing this workouts for almost a month now, my question is.. is it normal to never get sore muscles? i get thru the workouts i feel pain while i am doing them but no soreness at all the next day or even after i am finished.
any suggestions? thank you
