I love all of the new superhero movies, they are awesome. My favs are the star wars movies and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. But I am a lover of all movies that move me in one way or the other.
My group is done and everybody did great, now I will join a group and show my support for all. I am at 169 right now and am looking pretty good but feeling greater. chiseled is awesome and the bands work great
That is awesome Al, I met mine at 169, think I may try and go a little lighter now, maybe 165 or 163, then I will post some pics. Very excited at where I stand physically right now.
Man everyone seems to be doing great, I guess this group wasn't such a bad idea. I had a party type weekend but I weighed in at 170 today so all is well. Short term goals are great and I certainly did not want to let you guys down. Keep working Al you are just about there.
Looking forward to what you guys have next, feeling strong. Must say that with the bands that I still get sore, yet it's not the tightness sore that you get with weights, any idea why?
Wow 1100 calories, does he know that your body would burn 1500 - 1700 calories in a 24 hour period if you were just lying in bed?It's called the BMR (basic metabolic rate) so add that to 600 calories burned in an average 30 to 40 min workout, plus about another 600 to 1000 just in everaday activity that's 2700 calories burned in a day on the low end.Subtract 1700 calories eaten, you are still plus 1000 calories for the day. To lose one pound you need to burn 3256 cal I believe, so in 3 days you will lose a pound and in 7 days you lose about 2 to 3 pounds. And all this ios on the low end. But 110 calories is really low and you need energy to workout.
