So today i started on my 3rd week of working out with my bodylastics set and the liveexercise workouts and i am absolutely loving it. so far i have lost 7lbs and i'm loving the results i'm getting so far Happy tomorrow sucks because i'll have to work a 16 hour shift at work and i normally do cardio on sundays but i think i'll work on shoulders and arms tomorrow and switch my cardio to monday when i'm off of work and i have the spacing to do so.

Hi guys...when I used to do free weights with my workout partner he always shoted 'last set BEST set' when it came to the the last exercise in the set. I've always liked that as it really made me push my hardest. Give it a go with bodylastics!

Fat Sick And Nearly Dead Diet

I have been doing this "juicing" diet for a week now and I can't believe how much better I feel and how much more energy I have. I used to eat fried food EVERY day. Cheese sticks, cheese cake, cheese anything. The first three days were HORRIBLE and all I wanted was a fried piece of chicken or chicken fried steak. I never thought it would be true but now that I have only been having veggies, fruit, protein shakes and eggs I actually crave apples! I still want a big fat pizza which I'll have my cheat days once a week but it's nice to crave corn with a little butter instead of unhealthy food. I was never a fat kid or overweight in my life but I do get the skinny Asian big belly body. I can see my face has thinned out and my stomach is starting to hint at a six pack! These workouts and diet are starting to pay off Smile

Day 4 chest

I know people say "I can barely walk" but seriously I can barely walk. I took yesterday off which felt nice. Too sore to do anything. Today my upper body feels much better so I'm going to rock out a chest and back workout while my roommates do P90x. Good motivation all around. Here goes everything.

I started using bodylastics 46 days ago in preparation for going to Cuba in August. After only this time I am seeing great changes in my body especially upper body. My legs are genetically small so I know it will take a while for them to catch up. I never miss a workout but my diet lets me down. I have a few good days then let myself down. I work 5 days a week from 8 till 4 so usually work out after work. I was hoping someone would have a good diet I could follow so I can strip this fat and start seeing my abs. Help!!!!!!
