I'm a sixth grade language arts teacher...not to mention a health nut, world traveler, aspiring author, die-hard romantic, experimental chef, and adoring wife. I also love British television (thanks to my brilliant husband), FRIENDS (I'm slightly [read: completely] obsessed), and all nut butters.

I definitely felt much more proud of myself after I was finished! I couldn't have had that feeling if I had wimped out and chosen an easier workout; it was worth it!

View MoreSooooo, as usual I like to mix it up mid-week and go back to do an archived episode. I was especially excited to mix it up this week since build a burpee almost killed me on Sunday. I've been going through the past episodes chronologically, so on the schedule for me today was ep. 16. As soon as it starts, Steve says the episode will be focused around...what? PROGRESSIVE BURPEES!! I thought I was going to die, lol. Somehow, I made it through it. It was seriously one of THE hardest workouts I've ever done. My butt is officially kicked.
Just hit ep. 13 for my archived episode of the week. It was another KILLER -- especially for your quads and core! I love that no matter what episode I pick, I never doubt that it will be an amazing workout! Thanks for always rockin' it, Steve and Cristina!!
Way to go for setting a goal, Greg! I work out SUPER early in morning; it was tough at first, but once it becomes a part of your routine, it's a lot easier! AND, you are really happy later in the evening when you've already gotten everything taken care of and out of the way.
I'm having trouble with the videos now that they have been switched to a new player. There is a screen at the beginning that asks you to accept the terms and conditions (which I do) and then I'm able to click on the play button. There is a screen at the beginning that asks you to accept the terms and conditions (which I do) and then I'm able to click on the play button. The Bodylastics ad and the Pilates screen scroll through, but then when the actual video starts, I can hear the sound but the picture is frozen. I tried several different archived Pilates workouts and it happened with all of them. I've done all the Pilates workouts once before and was able to watch them then with the old player. Help!!
