Hi Steve, & Blake, Just wanted to say thanks for the workout. I did the whole thing without any bands, and will continue that way for a while, as I work on form, and it has been many years since I have have moved like this. I know you are not running these live anymore but the archives will benefit many for years to come.
When to do these excersises? I have also started some weight training. I play high school baseball, catcher. Seems that one needs a lot of space. Need some guidance. Thanks.
karaira, one option for you, if you are limited on space is to get the Anywhere Anchor and take the bands to the ballpark with you and hook up to a light or fence pole..
Loved Ep 17 and 18. Did those for my Cardio/abs today... loved all the push-ups and pop-ups- I'm getting stonger for my KungFu with the help of these bands. It's pretty similar how we train for KungFu cardio at my school so that was great for me (along with Russian squatt-kicks/frog leps and jumping right into crazy tornado kicks- it's crazy stuff but great for endurance).

Hope you guys are geting ready for some new stuff. I know that if you put this training into practice and let it bleed into how you practice on the field, you performance will increase dramatically. ps. my father in law hit a home run last night at his game....
Great baseball workout Steve. You know, using the band to throw with my weak arm really helps improve my form so I dont look as funny. What did you say about not much cardio? HRM says I still burned ~500 cal. No commercial breaks for us at home either.

if i known you needed a workout partner i would have stopped by.. i would have been sitting in a beach chair sitting next to Bonnie watching sipping on a cool adult beverage. hehe a workout for beach tanning oh yeah.
this was a good workout. not sure how im gonna be able to hook up the bands while on the field playing.. hehe just kidden
i did this after doing legs yesterday ouchhhhhh. this is a really good complement to the chiseled workout yesterday to loosen up the stiff legs. glad i got the a pause button to catch my breathe. strecthing at the end felt incredible.
