I've been working on strengthing the shoulders, it's a slow process, but it's happening, what exercises do you suggest for the neck? That is a body part not really covered in all my CPT classes. The doc's are worse than useless. They were too busy talking pain mgmt, rather than anything else, and that's not my thing. I've made great progress, unless I overdo the shoulder work, I'm pain free, and I had constant headaches for a few years. But, if I overdo the shoulders, I'm at the massage therapist's office or it's a week of headaches again. Hot yoga has been quite therapeutic as well.

I was doing skiers today for the mountain climbers (same leg motion as the climbers, but standing upright) but wasn't sure how to modify the burpees, since I know those will show up again. thx Also, I noticed that when you said it wasn't a competition, Cristina got faster on the jacks! You go girl! LOL

Loved it !!! Brilliant how you kept us working and sweating for the full 10 minutes. My legs are sore from all the squats so I suppose it is a good thing tomorrow is upper body on the schedule. <g>.
