Finally back on track. I started the year at 201 and promptly went up to 203 by the first week in February despite the workouts. I saw a post by Blake talking about Myfitnesspal.com. I started the year at 201 and promptly went up to 203 by the first week in February despite the workouts. I saw a post by Blake talking about Myfitnesspal.com. I checked it out and I am happy to say that 16 days later I am down to 195. This is the first time I have been below 200 in over 15 years. I like this program because I can eat all the things I love to eat and all I need to watch is the total calories in/out. I believe I just might make my goal weight of 190 by March 8th.
