Sure, you can try that and see how your body reacts. The Chiseled Cardio workouts are pretty intense, especially the more current ones. You might want to start with Tuesday/Thursday and then rest the weekend. Or, do something a bit lighter on Saturday and rest on Sunday.

It's great that you have specific and ambitious goals, but be patient with the weight loss and don't get discouraged if it does not come down as quick as you would like. Tabata resisted push ups are absolutely brutal. The 3rd and 4th sets are an all out war. Definitely will be hitting Tornado arms on Tuesday. Blake, more romance = more testosterone.
Me too Derrick. As I was warming up, I thought uh-oh, I don't have my A-game today. Then the juices got to flowing during that first set of push ups and it was all animal from there on.
