Liveexercise.com is the first live, interactive exercise destination in history.



The concept for "live" interactive exercise was born in 2009 at the offices of Bodylastics international Inc., a leading supplier of resistance bands workout systems.



Since Bodylastics began selling their workout systems and videos in 1998 they had received requests for additional videos and exercise ideas. Although the concept of launching additional videos seemed reasonable, it was overdone and stale.



After viewing some of the newer workout videos on the market in 2009, Bodylastics was confident that they could take exercise programming to the next level.



Following along with the same exercise video day in and day out is good, but working out with someone "live", your very own workout partner would be far better. Well, timing is everything, right? Luckily, "Live" Video over the internet had matured and progressed to the point that it was possible to produce a high quality "live" show.



So, it was decided that the company would launch an exercise destination that would enable members to workout with real, "live" workout instructors/partners every day. Unlike any other website in the world, people would be able to go through a difficult common experience (the workouts) and then have a place to chat and share their thoughts and feelings.



In order to get the ball rolling, Bodylastics began the construction of a 1500 square foot workout studio, in Boca Raton Florida. This studio would become the location for the "live" exercise shows.



The first show, "CHISELED", a muscle building program premiered on November 30th 2009. Since that date 9 more shows with over 1100 episodes have aired on this site.
