Liveexercise.com is the first live, interactive exercise channel in history.

The concept was born in 2009 at the offices of Bodylastics international Inc., a leading supplier of exercise band workout systems.

Since Bodylastics began selling their workout systems in 1998 they have received requests for more videos and exercise ideas. Although the concept of launching additional videos seemed reasonable, it was overdone and stale.

Well, timing is everything, right? After viewing some of the newer workout videos on the market in 2009, Bodylastics knew that they could take it to the next level. Live Video over the internet had matured and progressed to the point that it was possible to produce a high quality live show.

Following along with the same exercise video day in and day out is good, but working out with someone live, your very own workout partner would be far better.

So, it was decided that Bodylastics International would launch an exercise destination on the internet that would add another great service for Bodylastics customers. The original plan was to provide live workouts with Bodylastics exercise bands, however, that was changed so that the workouts would be available to owners of other bands as well. Bodylastics International has been preaching about the superiority of exercise with elastic resistance and now it was time to prove it.

In order to get the ball rolling, in July of 2009 Bodylastics hired a professional set building firm, and began the construction of a 1500 square foot workout studio, in Boca Raton Florida. This studio would become the location for the live exercise shows.

The first show to be aired live was CHISELED, a muscle building program led by Bodylastics Creator, Blake Kassel to help almost anyone achieve a physique or figure that looks "chiseled".

Liveexercise.com will continue to grow and evolve to eventually air shows for almost every fitness goal.
