MikeNice Trying to hit TX2 ep22 but lag has kiled it. It took 12 minutes to play the first 5:20. I'll just have to go on alone.

MikeNice Today was supposed to be a rest day. I still hit Ten Minute Tornado Arms. I'm addicted again. I am just bored out of my mind when not working out.

MikeNice Toning 122 in the books. My new three day split is Upper, Lower, Full Body. Then two days rest and back at it.
MikeNice TX2 ep20 is in the bag. I have to remember that I am recovering from an injury and not competing with Scott. lol
MikeNice Sometimes the hardest struggle is to stop working out. I know I have hit my limit, but all I can think is, "I need more cardio and abs. Just 20 more minutes."
MikeNice TX2 ep18 is in the books. I went conservative on the resistance. Feeling pretty good overall.
MikeNice TX2 ep17 for this morning. I let myself get too far out of shape in two months. I struggled my way through the push-up/press. Legs, back, and biceps tonight.
