Blake, I have a question for you? if I want to do a full body workout mwf, how do I break down the muscle groups to work, cause I am trying to do 3 sets of one excercise per muscle group, and it seems like alot, I have broken it down to one excercise for abs or eight pack program, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, glutes, forearms, quads, hamstrings, and thighs...I know it seems like alot of workout, but I want to do a full body workout..and I was wondering about the eight pack program, if I should be doing it three days a week as well. I want my abs defined. I only see one eight pack program a week, so therefore I guess, I didn't know if I should change up the eight pack program for the week or do the same one on the schedule for three days a week, then change it up next week..I'm sorry I'm confused...I'm also doing the Brazillian butt lift program too...thank you for your time Blake.

Blake, firstly I want to thank you for all the hard work you put into being a great motivator and "workout partner" ... going through the first few series 3 DVD's again and you and Ashanti really bring the viewer/participant into your every day and make it feel as if you're there with someone vs. just watching a boring, repetitive DVD - if I had a gym membership I probably wouldnt use it due to the lack of time/scheduling I have available, but it is great to go through the DVD's one by one and have different workouts every time! Plus, for someone like me, running isn't attractive, nor is cardio, but the Chiseled series really hits me in two main ways, things you point out in them but are so true, getting cardio AND a muscle workout. I definitely feel the workout the next day, AND I have noticed my stamina increasing, along with better definition in just a short amount of time.

I bought my wife the max tension set of bands so she will use them when she is travelling, her current job leaves her so drained for a day or two after she works that its hard for her to get up and use them but with a new job on the horizon and in her time off she is really enjoying the cardio videos on the Roku ... the hope is that she'll use them when she is on the road for her new job, so I can have my double set of bands for all i do with chiseled!

one question though, do you have a good, online resource available for watching what you eat/dieting? She mentioned she may start doing weight watchers, she like variety in her food - me, I am a former chef (lucky her!), and I could go a whole week with eating the same thing, it doesn't bother me, but she likes variety, so she is having trouble sticking to a diet, which then affects me when I don't cook or she doesn't want the same thing to eat again! Do you have any recommendations for an eating plan to follow or a good online resource?

I have a question for you, if you don't mind, I was wondering when I get my bands, haven't received them yet, so excited to try them, can I do a full bodyworkout everyday or MWF only? doing my abs, glutes, legs, arms, shoulders, back, chest. I am new to this, and I am use to doing only cardio which I hate. But I like to do full body workouts, I feel that I am getting better results than splitting the muscle group up. Thank you.

Hi Kimberly, welcome to the family! If you are using a good amount of resistance and working very hard, I would limit the full body workouts to M,W,F. I would encourage you to try series 25 for Chiseled. I know that splitting the muscle groups may not have worked for you in the past, but they work SOOOO well here. Every series that we have done have been incredible and I am not just saying that because I wrote them and led them Smile

Blake, I know I made a joke about the Zaxby's commercial before Toning. I wanted to come back and say that I really appreciate what you guys are doing. The Tornado workouts, the new video player, the dumb bell workouts, they all add amazing depth to the site.

I am really a big fan of the new video player. It makes everything so much smoother. I get a little lag if I pause or back up. In the long run it is worlds better though. I no longer have to wait for the low band width version to load. I just press play and it is ready in a few seconds.

You and the team are amazing.
